Hi Emily (and other pink ladies),
I wanted to email you to thank you for your wonderful service earlier today. As you are aware, I was very reluctant to have my eyelashes done again due to my previous horror experience; however your care and service today washed away any previous anxiety I had with my eyelashes.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at your salon; so much so that I found it hard to leave and ended up purchasing some of your cosmetics in support of your business and also because the lip colour you picked out was AWESOME (I probably would have walked out of there with eyeliner and some other products too if my bank account had allowed it).
It is great that the service you provide for eyelash extensions is so convenient, very quick but still done very professionally and of course look AMAZING! I have recommended you to a couple of my colleagues and friends in the hopes that they too will visit you.
I would also like to add that your boss, Phoenix, has done very well to hire and train extremely wonderful staff in Wellington. I also wanted to commend her on her make up artistry skills, I LOVE the butterfly art make up she did. I now know the place to go if I ever need to get my make up done.
I will definitely be back to purchase other cosmetics and more extensions!

Good afternoon Donna and the team at Phoenix Kingsland, Sunday the 18th my birthday makeover with Donna was amazing.
I gave birth 5 months ago and with the weight gaining and hair falling out I was less confident with how I look.
I did not make an effort to look good anymore however; Donna showed me how to look beautiful again and after the makeover I was confident and got my self-esteems back.
At my hairdresser after the makeover, they all commented on how good I look and they wanted to know where I got my makeup done, of course I gave them the contact details and directed them to your website but I did recommended Donna because she is the best.
All my friends also wanted to have their foundation blend with makeup tips; I gave them your website and also recommended Donna because she really did know how to make me look beautiful and feel good about myself.
The makeup tips I received from Donna was fabulous, what would I do without you Donna; you saved me by giving me back my confident and self-esteem.
To the Phoenix manager and team, I have no words to express how I am feeling, thank you so much and bless you all especially Donna.

I just want to send a message to say that Emily at Phoenix Wellington was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional and very sweet, and such a great listener. Her plucking ability with the tweezers is second to none-almost completley painless. I really enjoyed the experience of having my brows shaped by her, and will recommend her (and the team at Wellington) to anyone in a heartbeat.

Hi,
I have been into Wellingtince TWICE this week and LOVE it! Everyone is super friendly and makes me feel right at home. All the staff have a smile on their face when you walk in and greet you with warmth. Straight away they approach you and ask if they can help!
First of all I want to thank Kate (short blond hair) the makeup artist in there, who not only sold me some AMAZING products that suits my skin perfectly but made my eyebrows look absolutely GORGEOUS!! I had no idea I could have eyebrows like I do, even my boyfriend commented on how good they looked.
She matched my skin to a custom blend foundation that makes my skin feel hydrated and soft, beforehand I was using MAC foundation and it dried out my skin. Kate took her time and showed me how to put on all my makeup, making it easy to understand and follow, she was patient and took her time with me ensuring I was using the correct products.
I just LOVE Phoenix cosmetics and will be spreading the word to all my friends to shop there!!
Thank you so much for all your amazing products and thank you Kate for making me look gorgeous.
You have definately got a loyal customer and I will continue to shop at your store in Wellington and online when I’m overseas!

Dear Phoenix,
I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I am with my new eyelash extensions which Anna at the Christchurch branch did for me. I have never had this done before and felt quite nervous about it. Anna was extremely professional and very kind throughout my visit taking time to reassure me and make my experience a pleasurable one, even applying wonderful makeup which was so nice I brought some (and will be buying more) I had so many compliments that day and many since. I have pased on your details so expect Anna to be busy.
I will be returning in a few weeksand so will my daughter (great Xmas gift idea) . What a great fine you are! X

Dear Phoenix,
I am writing to express my appreciation and sincere gratitude in regards to the excellent service and professionalism provided by Amelia, from the Takapuna salon, for my wedding on 12th February 2010.
I believe it is important to address and highlight the time and effort Amelia dedicated to my bridal make-up and my mothers make-up not only on the day but the lead up several months before.
I would like to thank you for providing such a specialised service that has allowed me to be finally happy at a place I can trust to get my eyebrows and eyelashes worked on, but also have the confidence in the service.
Even though I will personally thank Amelia for her natural talent, I wanted to write to you because I believe that employers should praise their employees and share their successes with the team. With this, I would like to thank Amelia for exceeding my expectations; going beyond my vision; and having patience while there was chaos occurring in the home the morning of the wedding. Hi Guys!!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Phoenix and the extra friendly Pink Ladies at Phoenix cosmetics – I absolutely love my new eyelashes and I don’t have to wear mascara now which is awesome!! They look so realistic I actually have to tell people look at my eyelashes!! Then they are like no way they look so natural!!

Hello,
I just wanted to say thank you so much to Krishna (forgive my spelling if wrong) I have come in a couple of times to get my lashes done and was really surprised to get a call on my birthday last week to offer a free makeover. She did the most incredible job and as I always enjoy my time spent with her. She sold me the most amazing make-up brush that I have no idea how I have managed without it and it has revolutionized the way I apply make-up and will do from now on. I wished I was loaded last week so I could have bought a lot more, but will definitely be back in the future to get things when I need them.
So thank you so much, you made me feel pretty special, and every morning I have applied my make-up with the brush since I have had a smile remembering that night! See you soon! xo

Hi ladies!
I’d love to comment about my best eyebrow experience ever from Amelia at Phoenix in Takapuna. Being a ginga, I always tended to end up looking either really surprised or like I’d tried to colour in my own eyebrows with a brown vivid. Which of course, looks appalling when you have freckly pale skin. And then I went in for the eyebrow magic, tint and eyebrow tint with Amelia and finally, finally, finally had great shaped, ginga friendly coloured brows. Yay! Thanks Amelia!

Donna here from WigFX. Natalie attached my eye lash extentions and tidied my eye brows last week, and I am soo thrilled with my new look and thoroughly enjoyed the pink experience. I have booked Annette in for a natural set via the internet, for tomorrow as she has a break from Xerxes, and was impressed with mine.
