We follow the consumers act whereby we will replace any product you purchase that may be faulty upon purchase.
Please choose products and colours carefully as we do not exchange purchases simply if you change your mind.
Colours of products may very slightly to the colour you see on the computer screen. This is a technical difficulty which cannot be remedied. We try our best to match the computerized colours to the actual cosmetic colour, but be aware that there may be a difference and we will not exchange/return a product because the colour looks slightly different.
Please be careful when ordering products, once a sale has gone through, the product is then yours and we cannot exchange or return a product to swap with another, unless the product is faulty.
